Hello to the well seasoned travellers......not jealous at all!! Looking at different parts of your blog, you guys really know how to travel in style and to make the most of every second. Wonderful stuff and to think you will be back in just 14 days......who's counting? Weellllllll..........C, K, E and E for sure!! Lets face it you are pretty cool grandparents and are obviously missed by your beautiful family and friends. We want to hear all about your travels in person but looks like it might have to be in Oct sometime as we are about to hop on that plane too. Lots of love and safe travels as you soon wing your way home.

Sounds like you had a wonderful time with John and Georgie and Boston sounds like a lovely place to visit (And eat).

Ella and Ethan were at Kindy/occasional care this morning and are now nibbling on some lunch. Later we are heading to the park. Guess what? the cleaner is coming tomorrow :) yay. And it is now 8 sleeps until my exam.

Well I got a bit behind and have just caught up the last 8 days!!!  Feels like I have been on the trip with you.  It is a real treat to get to share your blog with you.

Has been a good week.... Dante was very glad to get a win in the footy tips 2 weeks ago. :-)  Pity about the result this week.  Has been very tough tipping.

We had about 80mms of rain for July and about another 15 so far for August we are on track to keep your garden well watered until you get back.  No doubt the weeds are loving it too!! :-P

Kids have had a great week, Tessa loved her Ballet Concert and Dante got his results back for the Uni NSW Science Comp he did a month or so ago.  He got a distinction so got a certificate infront of the whole school.... top 2% in SA & NT.... he was very happy.

We are getting a steady stream of postcards and the kids always love their next update.

I had my dancing concert yesterday.  It was very fun.  We wanted to go back on the stage when we were finished.

You do not disappoint.  I am so happy that you saw Denali in all its glory and all the wildlife that we didn't see in Glacier.  What an adventure.  I wish we could be there but reading your blogs takes us right along with you.  Really makes me want to pay another visit to Alaska.

POWER 16 Vs CROWS 13 now!!  :-P  You will be glad to know there was no blackout Greg!!!  :-)  Dante and I thoroughly enjoyed the game.

Dante's footy was not quite so successful but he enjoyed having a run around.

Your description of Denali is amazing..... another magical spot for us to add to the list.  Boy you do some wonderful things!!

It is 3 mornings in a ROW I have now woken up and checked for a new Blog!!!

And there have been no updates!!!  Do they not have internet in the Arctic Circle??? 

Dante played well at Footy yesterday, but against the top team was convincingly beaten.  He was happy to get back into it after the holidays tho.

Weather has been fine for about the last few days and we should get a couple more nice days.  Been about 15 every day.  I am about to get into the garden and get a bit more of this pruning done.

Dante had a sleep over last night and Tessa has a party this afternoon.  Then SHOWDOWN is on at 4pm.  See if we can get a lucky win!!

2 more post cards turned up in the week.  Seems we are about 10 days behind you.

I was a few days behind and have thouroughly enjoyed catching up on your journey!

Is an amazing trip and another part of our amazing planet to explore!  We lofe SF so if Vancouver is similar it is another one on the list!! :-P  (what a pity)

Life is good here.... 4 days of fine weather coming up, kids and Sarah are back to school and the routine returns!!  Election is called and you are lucky to be missing all the advertising!!  Sarah is keeping a pile of all the mail, you will be able to catch up if you want when you get back!! 

Have had another 20mm in the last few days so your Garden will be doing well.

The kids have one Postcard each so far so there must be a few coming!!

Sounds like you have eaten your way around Canada quite well so far :)

I was dissapointed that Greg didnt dress up in Vulcan :P I was looking forward to getting that framed!

Ella is still on school holidays and is being quite the socialite with sleepovers. They are going on a special adventure to Aldinga on Thursday that they are looking forward to, particularly Ethan because apparently Uncle Tom has good hammers and wood for banging.Kieran is on annual leave for the week and it is lovely to have him at home. Susan's last chemo went well, she is resting this week mostly, and hoping to be brighter by next week.

I hope you win the holiday house :) what fun that would be!

 YUMMMM.... that breakfast sounded great.... and all at a championship golf course!!!  How Wonderful...... Sounds like we are pretty spoilt with our golf courses here!

We are home from our trip now, well I came straight to work this morning and Sarah should be home about lunchtime!  Was a great weekend, a good chance to relax and an amazing view!  Dante and I watched some local footy on Saturday had a German Hotdog in Victor then on Sunday had a trip down to Goolwa.

Footy tipping was pretty good again this week, it seems to be a bit more predictable (for me atleast)!!!
